Sunroof Clicking Noise

Hello everyone,

There is a clicking noise coming from the sunroof glass on my 2009 A3 (factory-installed), and saying it’s driving me crazy would be an understatement. The clicking is coming from the lower trim panel. When I push the trim panel upward, the noise stops. I can recreate the clicking by pushing the trim panel up again, so it’s definitely coming from there.

Is there any solution for this? (As a temporary fix, I placed a small piece of rubber to prevent the trim panel from moving, and it works great.)
